中稀天马新材料科技股份有限公司成立于2010年8月，位于山东省梁山县稀土新材料循环经济产业园内，是目前国内规模最大的以稀土二次资源（稀土二次资源包括钕铁硼生产过程中产生的边角料以及“城市矿产”拆解产生的磁材废料）回收综合利用为特色的国家级高新技术企业。生产原料全部来自于稀土二次资源。主要产品为镨钕、铈镨钕、钕、钆、铽、镝、钬等稀土氧化物及稀土金属。
Founded in August 2010 and located in the Rare Earth New Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park of Liangshan County, Shandong Province, Zhongxi Tianma New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is currently the largest state-level high-tech enterprise in China specializing in the recycling and comprehensive utilization of rare earth secondary resources (including scrap materials from NdFeB production and "urban mining" magnet waste). All raw materials are sourced from rare earth secondary resources. The company's main products include praseodymium-neodymium (PrNd), cerium-praseodymium-neodymium (CePrNd), neodymium (Nd), gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), and other rare earth oxides and metals.

与中科院长春应化所、包头稀土研究院、山东大学、天津大学、西安建筑科技大学、济南大学、聊城大学等科研院校建立了长期的产学研合作关系。
Long-term industry-academia-research collaborations have been established with institutions such as the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CAS), Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths, Shandong University, Tianjin University, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, University of Jinan, and Liaocheng University.
